Nolan Robert was born in Honolulu Hawaii, and at the age of 7 was enrolled in The Academy of Arts in Honolulu. Nolan practiced his skill as an artist throughout his childhood. Nolan soon moved to Southern California to ontinue his education. Nolan continued taking Art classes throughout his High School years and on through college.

During his High School years and well into his college years, he found another love for the arts but this time in theatre. He quickly joined the choir in High School and starred in High School Musicals. He also joined a few Dance classes that would allow him to perform in annual productions. Throughout his experience as a performer, he learned how to use his creative abilities  and vision with Makeup. This would be the beginning to his NEW found love in another form of Art.

After College, he began his career as a Peformer/Dancer for the Walt Disney Company and continued to dance for a few years . Nolan danced for Disney for a few years. During his stay he learned more about his artistry and creativity in stage Makeup. Nolan started to practice his skills with Makeup as he continued to Dance. He then moved to Los Angeles soon after to learn and grow within the entertainment industry. He performed as a back ground actor for a couple of years before moving to New York to pursue some career opportunities and  freelanced as a Makeup artist in New York  between his auditions. After a year in New York, he moved back to Southern California and landed a Major role in a Musical.

Nolan began to learn about his talent with makeup during the Musical tour. He became the Key Artist for the show during the 8 month tour. Without any training in Makeup, He used his knowledge in Arts to guide him throughout this tour, where he learned very quickly about On Stage Makeup.

Once the show was over, he applied for an artist position with M.A.C  Cosmetics. Nolan stayed with this company for 10 years. During his stay with this company, Nolan had many achievements.  Nolan became a Retail Manager and would become one of the most respected M.A.C artists in Orange County. Nolan Robert gained much experience during the duration of his stay with M.A.C that included

Working the Mercedes Benz Fashion week for 6 years.
Working the Annual Macys Passport Charity Fashion Event for 4 years.
Working the Annual Dream Halloween Charity Event Hosted by Jamie Lee Curtis.
Working the Annual Splash/Worlds Fair Charity Event for 6 years.
Working on a Photoshoot for PaperMag called The Last Supper Photographer  Mike Ruiz
AndWorking on MANY events for M.A.C that include Grand openings, Celebrity events and Master Classes.

Nolan Robert decided to end his relationship with M.A.C in 2008 as he had dreams of his very own to pursue. Nolan took a huge risk by leaving a company that was comfortable and starting from scratch. He soon began to work with many photographers that would help build his portfolio. He began to Network and in just a few months gained many  opportunities .

Nolan Robert  gained many new clients, and made many connections in the industry that would help him land an audition for a new reality Makeup Competition show called "Blush". The show aired on "Lifetime Network"  and was the first Makeup Reality show of its kind.
Nolan Robert was called in for an Audition and soon thereafter was casted out of 10,000 people.

Nolan Robert was voted top makeup artist on the exciting season of Lifetime's "Blush" taking home a deal with the esteemed Makeup giant Max Factor. Out of  ten contestants chosen from thousands around the country, Nolan  won a contract as a Professional Artist with Max factor, a cash prize of $100,000 and a feature spread in Instyle Magazines Makeover edition.

Since "Blush" Nolan Robert has been working on many projects that will take him to a new level not only in the makeup industry but life in general. After a year of research and many hours of hard work, Nolan Robert has created his very own Makeup line and is very excited to share it with the rest of the world.

"I've been in the makeup industry for half my life and as a working artist I know what I like, and need in my kit. I am also a visionary and wanted to share my vision with the world. This collection of Makeup has many underline meanings that is truly special to me. The color combinations, textures, themes and packaging was fully developed and tested for months. Nolan Robert has come a long way from a sketch artist, a performer, a retail artist to a contestant on a International Television show called Blush and now the Owner/Creator of Nolan Robert Cosmetics. Nolan believes that life has prepared him to be not only a great artist  but a great performer.
